WooCommerce and Odoo, working as one business system.
WooFusion keeps your stores and Odoo in sync, turns the data into dashboards and reports, forecasts demand, tells you what to reorder and why, and gives you an AI assistant that answers from your real numbers.
Built inside Odoo with its own modern interface. Works without AI; add your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key when you want the assistant. Your data stays in your Odoo database.

Odoo partners and implementers
One module covers connector, BI and planning for WooCommerce clients, with multi-store, multi-company and nine languages.
From install to insight in four steps
Connect your store
Enter the store URL and WooCommerce API keys, test the connection, and register webhooks with one click.
Run the first sync
Products, customers and orders are imported page by page. You can watch every job in the live sync monitor.
Check the mapping
Order statuses, shipping methods, tax rates and payment methods are loaded from your store with sensible defaults.
Work from one place
Dashboards, analytics, purchase and sales planning, scheduled reports and the AI assistant are ready to use.
Store connection and sync
Connect one or many WooCommerce stores through the REST API and keep them aligned with Odoo in the direction you choose.
What stays in sync
- Products with variations
- Attributes
- Gallery images
- Customers
- Orders
- Stock levels
- Coupons
- Refunds
Changes arrive in real time through WooCommerce webhooks, which are signed and verified. A periodic background job acts as a safety net, so a missed webhook never means missing data.
You choose the direction for each type of data
Every store has its own settings. Each entity can be off, WooCommerce to Odoo, Odoo to WooCommerce, or two-way.
| Data | Default direction |
|---|---|
| Products | Odoo to WooCommerce |
| Orders | WooCommerce to Odoo |
| Customers | WooCommerce to Odoo |
| Stock | Odoo to WooCommerce |
| Coupons | Two-way |
Stock and accounting, handled properly
Stock you can trust
Publish sellable stock (on hand minus open orders), physical stock or forecasted stock. Combine several warehouses into one published number. Push stock to the store instantly with one button.
Invoices and payments
Choose not to invoice, or create and post the invoice automatically when the order is paid. Register payments automatically against the right journal for each payment method.
Refunds in both directions
A refund in WooCommerce creates the matching credit note in Odoo. A return in Odoo can create the refund in WooCommerce, and optionally send the money back through the payment gateway.
Order status back to the store
When Odoo delivers or cancels an order, the WooCommerce order is updated to match, so customers always see the right status.
Store settings at a glance
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Sync direction | Separately for products, orders, customers, stock and coupons: off, WooCommerce to Odoo, Odoo to WooCommerce, or two-way |
| Warehouse and stock | Main warehouse, optional extra warehouses added together, and the stock source: sellable, physical or forecasted |
| Invoicing | Don't invoice, or create and post the invoice when the order is paid, with automatic payment registration |
| Payment journal | A default journal, overridden per payment method in the mapping |
| Refunds and returns | Credit notes for WooCommerce refunds, refunds in WooCommerce for Odoo returns, and optional refund through the payment gateway |
| Order status | Send Odoo delivery and cancellation back to the WooCommerce order |
| Connection | Timezone, SSL verification, and plain HTTP for local test sites only |
Mapping, loaded straight from your store
WooCommerce codes are linked to the right Odoo records in four tabs, separately for every store. Load from store reads your shipping methods, every tax rate and your active payment gateways, adds anything new, and suggests a matching Odoo tax automatically. Your manual choices are never overwritten.
| WooCommerce | Linked to in Odoo |
|---|---|
| Order status, including statuses added by other plugins | Don't import, quotation, confirmed order, confirmed and delivered, or cancelled |
| Shipping method | A service product |
| Tax rate | An Odoo sales tax |
| Payment method | A bank or cash journal |
Sensible defaults are set before you touch anything: pending payment becomes a quotation, processing becomes a confirmed order, completed becomes confirmed and delivered, and cancelled or failed orders are cancelled.
A live sync monitor
- Every background job in one queue, refreshing itself every few seconds while work is moving.
- Counters for jobs in the queue, jobs done in the last 24 hours with success rate, problems, and webhooks received.
- Filter by status (pending, running, problems, done, cancelled), by store, and search across job name, type and error text at once.
- Failed jobs retry automatically after 1, 5, 15, 60 and 360 minutes. Only then are they set aside for a manual retry.
- Each job shows its attempts, exact times, the full error, the formatted request data and the result. Admins also see the technical trace.
- Click Explain and the AI reads the real error and tells you in plain language what went wrong and what to do.
- Retry or cancel single jobs, or retry every failed job in one click.
Store cards and overview
Each store has a card showing its WooCommerce version, currency, warehouses, timezone, linked products, orders, queue or failures, whether webhooks are live, and the last full sync. The overview page adds 30-day sales with trend lines, connected stores, the queue, anything that needs attention, and recent activity across all stores.
Dashboards and analytics
A full dashboard builder and six ready-made analytics pages, all running on one engine with the same metrics and dimensions.
Build a dashboard four ways
From a template
Pick one of seven templates and it is built instantly with all its tiles.
From a sentence
Type something like "monthly sales by category and best customers". The AI designs the tiles, or a built-in rule-based interpreter does it when AI is off.
From scratch
Start with an empty grid and add tiles yourself.
From a file
Import a dashboard exported as JSON from this or another database.
Tiles that do more than show a number
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| KPI | A large number with colored change, a progress bar against a target, and a sparkline |
| Chart | Any of 13 chart types on any metric, dimension or custom formula |
| List | A ranked table with change versus the previous period, or the latest real orders with new customers marked |
| Target | A bullet bar against a numeric goal, with a projection to the end of the period |
| Note | Free text and a shared checklist the team can tick off |
- Bar
- Horizontal bar
- Stacked bar
- Line
- Area
- Pie
- Doughnut
- Polar
- Radar
- Scatter
- Funnel
- Country grid
- Treemap
Everything you would expect, and more
- Live preview with real data while you edit a tile, before you save it.
- Custom formulas such as
(net_sales - refunds) / orders, built by clicking metric chips. - Filters with values taken from your actual data, a second metric, a breakdown into up to 8 series, cumulative totals, and per-tile date ranges.
- Drill down up to four levels, for example category to product to variant, or year to quarter to month to day. Or open the real orders behind any bar and jump into Odoo.
- Drag-and-drop layout on a 12-column grid that rearranges itself so tiles never overlap.
- Export any tile as PNG, CSV or a real Excel file, and any dashboard as JSON.
- Ask for an explanation of any tile: instant rule-based insights, plus a written explanation from the AI.
- Open a team discussion in Odoo Discuss right on a tile.
- Share with only you, the whole company, or chosen people with separate view and edit rights.
- Email digests daily, weekly or monthly, five color themes, auto-refresh, bookmarks and store restrictions.
- Monthly targets per store or company, with a linear projection showing whether you will reach them by month end.
Control every detail of a tile
Style
Number format (automatic, compact, full, decimal, money or percent), prefix and suffix, nine colors, and ten icons for KPI tiles.
Tile menu
Explain, edit, duplicate, change chart type, discuss, download PNG, CSV or Excel, view full screen, or delete.
Dashboard settings
Default period and comparison, auto-refresh every 1, 5, 15 or 60 minutes (only while the tab is visible), theme and store restriction.
Email digest
Send the dashboard daily, weekly or monthly to chosen people, and use Send now to test it before switching it on.

Anomaly detection every night
Net sales, orders, basket size and new customers are checked against what is normal for that specific weekday. Anything outside the expected range is listed with the value that would have been normal, so you can compare at a glance and ask the AI to explain it.
Purchase and sales planning
Know what to reorder, how much, and why. Know what to promote, reduce or prepare for. Every number is calculated, explained and editable.
Forecasts that pick the right method for each product
Every night, and whenever you click Run, five methods are tested on each product and warehouse. The one with the lowest error over the last eight weeks is kept.
- Moving average
- Weighted moving average
- Exponential smoothing
- Holt-Winters with weekly seasonality
- Croston, for irregular sellers
- Days when the product was out of stock are excluded, so lost sales don't look like zero demand.
- One-off outliers, such as a single bulk order, are capped before forecasting.
- Each product shows its chosen method, its error (WAPE), the comparison with other methods, and an uncertainty band on the chart.
- Products without enough history are labelled clearly instead of receiving a made-up forecast.
From forecast to purchase order
Safety stock and reorder points are calculated for your target service level, from 50% to 99%, with your lead time, order frequency and days of cover.
Safety stock = z(service level) × demand variability × √lead time
Reorder point = daily demand × lead time + safety stock
Suggested qty = target stock − position, rounded to the vendor minimum
- Suggestions are grouped into one card per vendor, with totals, and a separate card for products that have no vendor yet.
- See stock, incoming quantity, daily demand, days of cover (red at 7 days or less, amber at 14), reorder point, quantity and amount.
- Edit the quantity right in the table and the amount updates instantly.
- Reason chips explain each line, such as "stock-out risk within 7 days" or "below reorder point".
- Reject, approve, or create draft RFQs. One draft is created per vendor, with links to each.
- Draft purchase orders are never confirmed or sent automatically. A person always decides.
Sales planning: what to do with the stock you have
| Insight | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Overstock | Too many days of cover, with the stock value tied up |
| Slow mover | Last sale date, stock on hand and its value |
| Trending up | Sales of the last two weeks against the two weeks before, or a brand-new seller |
| Trending down | The same comparison, for products losing momentum |
| Seasonal peak ahead | Forecast for the next 30 days against the last 30, with days of cover |
| Promotion | Overstocked products with enough margin to discount |
Each insight comes with a suggested action and can be marked done or dismissed. A forecast-versus-actual chart shows how reliable your forecasts are, and a seasonality heatmap shows which categories peak in which months.
Settings you control
| Area | Settings |
|---|---|
| Purchasing | Service level (50 to 99%), lead time, how often you order, how many days each order should cover, and optional automatic draft RFQs |
| Sales | Overstock threshold, slow-mover threshold, trend percentage, and the minimum margin for promotion ideas |
| History | How far back forecasts look, and whether sales made outside WooCommerce are counted |
A status bar shows when the last planning run happened, how long it took, whether it was nightly or manual, and how many forecasts, suggestions and insights it produced. If a run fails, the bar turns red and shows the error.
AI explanations, written in the background
One click asks the AI to write a short plain-language explanation for every open suggestion and insight. They appear under each line when ready.
Scheduled reports
Six ready-made reports, generated on demand or delivered by email on a schedule, as HTML and PDF, in each recipient's language.
| Report | What is inside |
|---|---|
| Daily sales summary | Yesterday compared with the same weekday last week, top 5 products, anomalies, and a sync status note |
| Weekly performance | Sales, orders, AOV, units, customers, margin and refund rate, a daily trend chart, top categories, products and stores, and anomalies |
| Monthly management | Full KPIs including margin, retention, refunds and discounts, the month's trend, top categories, products, customers and countries, anomalies and refund reasons |
| Purchase plan | One table per vendor, sorted by order value, with stock, days left, quantity, amount and the reason in plain words |
| Inventory health | Stock value, stock-out risk, overstock, items unsold for 90 days, and slow movers with suggested actions |
| Sync health | Job counts, store connection status, and the latest 25 failed jobs with their errors |
- Schedule daily, weekly on a chosen day, or monthly on day 1 to 28, at an exact hour in any timezone.
- Send to Odoo users, who each receive their own language, and to any external email address.
- Include an AI-written executive summary. If the AI is off or unavailable, the report is still sent, with a short note.
- Preview the exact email before sending, download the PDF, and resend any past report from the history.
- Empty sections show a clear message, such as "nothing needs ordering", never an empty table.
Make, send and keep every report
Make now
Pick the period and stores, choose whether to include the AI summary, and the finished report opens in a preview exactly as it will be emailed.
Send
Send to yourself, to other Odoo users, and to any external addresses, and see how many recipients received it.
Schedule
Name, frequency, hour, timezone, period, recipients, language for external addresses, stores, and AI summary on or off. Pause a schedule without deleting it, or run it immediately.
History
Every report with its period, stores, status (ready, sent or failed), recipients and PDF. Failed sends show the exact error.
AI that works from your real data
A complete AI engine inside Odoo. Bring your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
Every figure comes from WooFusion's analytics and planning engine through tools. The AI chooses the tools, reads the results, and explains, compares and writes.
Agent chat
- Ask questions like "Which products should I reorder this week and why?" or "Why did sales drop last week?"
- See every tool the assistant uses, with its inputs and the real result.
- Track the exact cost and tokens of each conversation.
- Switch agents, regenerate answers, compact long conversations, and queue new messages while the agent is working.
Approval before anything sensitive
Deleting records, workflow steps and changes to sensitive fields wait for your approval. You see an exact preview first: old and new values for an update, or the precise list of records to be deleted. Approve once, approve for the whole conversation, or reject with a reason.
Agents, skills, schedules and automation
Agents
Define instructions, model, read-only mode, allowed tools, approval mode, reasoning level, and hand-off to other agents. Enable provider web search, image generation or code interpreter where supported.
Skills
Reusable instructions available as slash commands, scoped to where they apply and to specific Odoo models, private or shared.
Schedules
Run an agent every few minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or with a cron expression, once or for each record matching a filter.
Automation rules
Trigger an agent from standard Odoo automation rules when a record is created, updated or matches other triggers.
Built-in safety and privacy
- Spending caps per run, 0.50 euro by default, plus token and runtime limits for unattended work.
- A loop guard stops any run that keeps repeating the same tool call.
- A monthly budget stops AI calls when it is reached.
- Only the data a question needs is sent to your provider. Customer names can be replaced with anonymous IDs.
- Chats, logs and usage records stay in your own Odoo database. Nothing is stored by AypaTech.
- An AI activity page gives administrators a full audit of approvals, tool calls and key usage.
AI configuration and oversight
Providers
Connect OpenAI, Anthropic or Google with your own key, and set maximum tokens, timeouts, rate limits and the default model.
Models
A catalog of models with context window, supported reasoning levels, and prices per million input, output and cached tokens, so costs are exact.
Spaces
Organize chats into personal spaces with their own instructions, or shared system spaces, each with its own retention policy.
AI activity
Administrators can review conversations, every approval decision with its reason, and the full audit log of tool and key usage.
Every scheduled or automated run is recorded with its date, status, a short summary of what the agent did and its exact cost. Click a run to open the full conversation behind it.
Connect Claude, Cursor and other AI clients (MCP)
A built-in MCP endpoint lets external AI clients work with your WooCommerce and Odoo data through a personal key. Ready-to-paste setup code is generated for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex CLI and OpenCode. Keys have a scope and a rate limit, and are shown only once. A playground lets you test any tool exactly as a client would, with full logs.
The MCP area has seven tabs: connect, keys, custom tools, custom prompts, playground, logs and sessions. System administrators can add their own tools and prompts for AI clients.

Power BI and Excel
Take your data into Microsoft tools without giving anyone database access.
- Every user creates a personal read-only key. Exports always respect that user's access rights and allowed stores.
- WooFusion writes the Power Query script for you. Paste it into Power BI's advanced editor and add your key.
- Up to 5,000 rows per page with next-page links. Add
format=csvto any endpoint for a direct Excel download.

Roles, access and security
Clear roles, store-level restrictions, and credentials that are never shown again after you save them.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| User | View dashboards, analytics, planning and reports, and chat with AI agents |
| Manager | Everything a user can, plus run syncs, retry jobs, approve planning suggestions, create draft RFQs and manage report schedules |
| Administrator | Everything a manager can, plus connect stores, edit mapping, and configure AI providers, models, agents and skills |
| System | The only group that can view or change WooCommerce API keys |
- Restrict any user to specific stores. Every dashboard, report and figure they see is then limited to those stores and their company.
- Store API keys, AI provider keys and webhook secrets are encrypted and never displayed after saving.
- Every incoming webhook is verified by its signature; mismatches are rejected.
- SSL verification is on by default. Plain HTTP is allowed only for local test sites.
- AI tool calls, approvals and key usage are all logged for review.
Nine languages, right-to-left included
- English
- Persian (RTL)
- Arabic (RTL)
- Italian
- Spanish
- German
- French
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Turkish
The interface, PDF reports and emails follow each user's Odoo language automatically. Right-to-left languages are mirrored correctly everywhere, including printed PDFs. Any other language falls back to English.
Questions
Still unsure? Write to [email protected].
Do I need an AI subscription to use WooFusion?
No. Sync, dashboards, analytics, planning and reports all work without AI. Even building a dashboard from a sentence works with the built-in rule-based interpreter. When you want the assistant, add your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and pay the provider directly.
Will it create purchase orders on its own?
It creates draft RFQs when a manager clicks the button, one per vendor. There is an optional setting to create drafts automatically after the nightly run. Drafts are never confirmed or sent without a person.
How reliable are the forecasts?
Each product is tested with five methods over the last eight weeks and the most accurate one is used. The error is shown next to every forecast, stock-out days and outliers are handled, and products without enough history are clearly marked.
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. Each store has its own credentials, warehouses, timezone, sync directions and mapping. Dashboards and reports can compare stores side by side, and users can be limited to specific stores.
Where is my data stored?
In your own Odoo database. When you use AI, only the data needed for a question is sent to the provider you chose, and customer names can be anonymized first.
Can I use Power BI without database access?
Yes. Power BI connects through WooFusion's API with a personal read-only key, and WooFusion generates the Power Query script for you.
What happens if a webhook is missed or WooCommerce is down?
A periodic background sync picks up anything a webhook missed. Failed jobs retry automatically with growing intervals, and anything still failing waits in the sync monitor for a manual retry, with the error explained in plain language.
Does it support several companies and warehouses?
Yes. Each store is linked to its company and warehouses, stock can be published from several warehouses together, and users only see the companies and stores they are allowed to.
Which Odoo and WooCommerce versions are supported?
WooFusion is available for Odoo 20.0 on the Odoo Apps Store. The listing shows the full compatibility details.
